The Role Play of the Story

Scat The Cat

A beautiful roleplay was done in Nursery B classroom on 19^th May 2010. It was presented by all the Nursery B children with their teacher. The story was about colours and also had a nice moral. Children wearing colourful Animal’s headgear used short dialogues with action with the help of their teacher. Our Vice Principal, Mrs. Madhu Wal came to inspire the children which made them very happy.

SCIENCE   FAIR (Events held on 7th April'10)

The Science Department of DPS STS School Dhaka put up a Science Fair on 7^th April 2010 at the School Premises. Projects and working models made by the students were put up for display. The budding scientists of the School put up an amazingly vast variety of materials from working models of helicopters, parachutes to the Solar System, volcanoes, the human heart, solar powered cooking systems, flyovers, forests, etc.

The creative genius of the students coupled with a scientific temper and an outstanding knowledge of Science and technology was amply visible. The School aims not only to give knowledge, but to teach students to apply knowledge to real life situations. The creations of the students made it very evident that the educational aims of the School are being fulfilled with great precision.
